Provide service & using Bullet jet with Nylon coiled brushes for LNG condenser tubes
Jin Marine provides the maintenance service for steam condenser and heat exchanger.
Our jet brush cleaning method is more unique with specially made nylon coiled brushes according to the size and materials of the tubes.
By coiled brushes to clean inside of condenser tubes.
These nylon coiled brushes will trigger into each tube with compressed air by using our special equipment.
Inspection:
High-intensity light inspection for all tubes after the cleaning.
Videoscope inspection will be carried out to ensure the cleanliness of the tube internals.
Benefit of Jet Brush Cleaning:
- Uniform cleaning of each tube and a high level of safety as no high-pressure water is used. Extended tube life through improved surface.
- Tubes cleaned with this method have a better vacuum and an improved heat transfer rate.

Eddy Current Test for Condenser Tubes
Eddy Current Inspection is an electromagnetic technique used for conductive materials to detect surface and near surface flaws.
This inspection method is sensitive to small cracks and other flaws such as wires, rods, cables, tubes and coils as well as structure testing for small parts.
